RIM Architects established the California office in 2001 to support a long-term client. Located in downtown San Francisco, RIM provides architectural and interior design services in the retail, commercial, housing and hospitality sectors.

We specialize in design/build delivery as well as traditional project delivery methods and can provide specialized project planning and Owner’s representative services, as well.

Design Creativity, Technical Excellence and Effective Project Management are core values for the RIM staff and enable us to assist our clients in achieving success with their projects.

RIM was one of the first architectural firms in Alaska to become a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. We currently have five (5) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professionals in our San Francisco office, and a total of 30 throughout our offices.
