Vallejo Development - LEEDŽ Certification Services

RIM Architects is currently providing LEEDŽ consulting services for a large mixed-use development owned and in current development by D.R. Horton. The project is located on Virginia and Sacramento Streets in Vallejo, and includes 150 residential units, eight live-work units, 11,500 SF of ground floor retail space, 238 parking spaces, and 68 bicycle parking spaces. The building ranges from five to seven levels responding to the slope of the site.
The project goal is to achieve LEED Silver Certification for new construction NC 2.1 through the U.S. Green Building Council.
